Branch Manager (KZN)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Align with and contribute to the implementation of overall business strategies.
Lead and manage employees to drive team performance and productivity.
Drive initiatives to maximize branch financial performance.
Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure effective stock control.
Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.
Oversee all branch operations and administrative functions, including debtor management.
Manage industrial relations and HR processes within the branch.
Support high-quality customer service through timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a managerial role is essential.
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication, planning, and people management skills.
Knowledge of ceiling and partitioning products would be beneficial.

Vereistes:
Matriek (Graad 12) is verpligtend.
Vlot in Engels (gesproke en geskrewe).
Vorige ervaring in n bestuursrol is verpligtend.
n Relevante tersiere kwalifikasie sal as 'n voordeel beskou word.
Vaardig in die volle Microsoft Office-pakket.
Uitstekende kommunikasie-, beplanning- en mensebestuursvaardighede.
