About our Team
The operations team within the risk group is part of the Global Effectiveness team, focusing on tech operations for learning and development. We handle sales enablement, customer enablement, and professional services enablement, providing tools to make sales, customers, and professional services consultants more effective. We own the tech stack for learning and development, including a learning management system and a tool called Highspot. Highspot is the primary responsibility for the role.
About the role
The System Support Specialist will provide support for enablement platforms owned by Global Effectiveness Operations. This role will work closely with the system admins to ensure smooth system functionality, assist with user support, generate reports, and contribute to the platform's operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with user access management, including adding, deactivating, or updating user accounts and tracking license usage as directed.
  • Assist with configuration of spots and templates, such as updating layouts or applying predefined settings as directed.
  • Support user onboarding by preparing training materials, checklists, or quick guides and distributing resources for training sessions.
  • Help maintain governance standards by checking naming conventions, tagging, and content organization, and assist in archiving outdated materials.
  • Support collaboration with marketing, sales, and enablement teams by assisting with content uploads, updates, and system tasks.
  • Compile basic reports on system usage, content engagement, or user feedback to support platform improvements.
  • Assist in content audits by identifying unused or outdated content and generating simple audit reports.
  • Monitor system notifications and alerts, reporting issues to the Content System Manager and assisting with minor resolutions.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 years) in a related field (e.g., business, technology, or communications).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Basic technical aptitude and a capacity to learn a sales enablement system
  • Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analytics tools.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Prior experience in customer support, administrative roles, or content management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools like Salesforce, LMS, or Highspot is a plus.
