Job Summary What you will be doing:
To provide specialist technical expertise and support in installing; testing; tuning; optimising; diagnosing problems; repairing; upgrading and maintaining both externally and internally supplied hardware and systems software (i.e. Operating systems; data management products; office automation products; embedded systems); and other utility enabling software and related equipment.

• High Level and Low-Level Design of PRD & DR hardware refresh (Server and Storage Converged Solution).120 Physical host deployments running VMware ESXi 7 and 8.
• Design and deploy VMware vSphere infrastructure
• HPE Synergy deployment and management
• Preferred: Business Continuity Solutions deployments xe2x80x93 DR Implementations, Test and Failover using VMware and VEEAM Backup & Replication.
• Document best practices & architectural references for developing and deploying VMware solutions (including associated management tools, e.g. monitoring, provisioning, security and compliance, and DR).
• Support critical customer escalations.
• Determine gaps in existing infrastructure and ways to mitigate these gaps
• VMware Best Practise updates & upgrades
• Firmware upgrades and HDD upgrades
• Maintain technical documentation of the VMware, Hyper-V and Storage environments
• VMware xe2x80x93 AWS integrations
• Veeam Backup and Replication deployment
• DELL Hardware maintenance and manage
• VMware esxi & vCenter upgrades

What we are looking for:

• Completed IT / BSc degree or other related field.
• 10 years' of extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure projects
• An experienced VMWare ESXI Host Engineer Specialist with at least 10 Years Experience
• Preferably with DELL and HP Hardware experience

Working Hours
Working hours from 15H00 TO 23H00, Monday to Friday,
These hours are negotiable depending on Type of Work (i.e. could be changed to a later start as and when necessary)During Company Freeze Period:
