Job Description

Reporting To: Operational Support Team Leader
Job Overview:
As a Connect Administrator, you'll oversee the operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage processes of Connect systems. This involves hardware management, managing escalations, coordinating workflows, while maintaining communication with relevant teams and clients.
Qualifications required:

  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in IT, electronics
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Prior experience in telematics, logistics, or hardware system management
  • Tools like Geotab and other Connect platforms will be an advantage.
Skills:
- Technical understanding of vehicle telematics, wiring systems, hardware troubleshooting
- Excel proficiency for data consolidation, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication capabilities
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing several tasks and deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee DA Connect hardware performance i
- Address wiring issues, handle hardware failures
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure installation accuracy
- Log and manage system failure cases
Salary: R18k
