RPO Recruitment has a client in Cape Town that is seeking an experienced Systems Business Analyst to join their team in Kuils River.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional business areas to gather requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to collect information.
• Project manage strategic projects.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing risks or outstanding items.
• Write user stories and business requirement specifications.
• Manage critical path and deliverable timelines.
• Compile test packs and provide testing support.
• Oversee pilots, rollouts, and project training.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
• Relevant Degree or Higher National Diploma (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Studies)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Apparel Retail (business-specific/systems)

• Must be knowledgeable of business processes (area-specific); process optimization/improvement; elicitation and documenting BRS/BRD; and agile methodology
• Must be confident in testing setup, management, and execution. This extends to project management and training/change management
• Must demonstrate expertise in systems/business support for BAU; system architecture understanding; unified Modeling Language (UML); and have knowledge in PMBOK and BABOK management principles.
