6 Month Contract - Hybrid opportunity in Cape Town
Leading Insurance Client requires a Systems Analyst to join their Telephony / Telecoms Team on a contract basis.
Description
Facilitate design and implementation of IVR and telephony systems based on business requirements
Evaluate IVR and telephony system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
Work closely with team members to identify and resolve complex platform issues
Minimum Requirements
Matric and Tertiary Qualification
At least 3 Years experience in a similar role
Good experience and knowledge of IVR and telephony systems
