Purpose of the Role:

The Systems Analyst Intern will support the Technology team in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and testing of system solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to grow within the IT and business systems environment.



What You'll Gain Experience In:

Business Analysis: Gathering and documenting business requirements. Systems Design: Assisting in creating solution designs that align with business goals. Testing & Quality Assurance: Supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Documentation: Preparing process flows, system documentation, and user manuals. Collaboration: Working closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Systems Analyst Intern, you'll:

Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. Support the design of technical solutions that meet business needs. Contribute to testing activities, ensuring system functionality and quality. Help maintain documentation for systems and processes. Participate in project meetings and contribute to solution discussions.


We're looking for someone who:

Has a growth mindset and eagerness to learn. Enjoys solving problems and thinking logically. Is detail-oriented and comfortable working with both business and technical teams. Thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently. Is organised and able to manage time effectively.


Requirements to apply:

Qualification: BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering Knowledge of SQL, system design principles, or UML diagrams will be advantageous.
