What is the role?
We are on a mission to find a System Implementation Specialist to join our ever-growing Automation Team in our Cape Town office.
What you will be exposed to:

  • Requirements Gathering: Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs, goals, and technical requirements to develop an implementation plan.
  • Solution Design: Identify and propose the product or system to meet the client's technical requirements.
  • Technical Configuration: Configure the product or system according to the client's specifications, which may involve software setup and installation, data migration, customisation, and integration with new and/or existing systems.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the new system.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions and documentation to educate clients on the proper use of the product or system. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the implementation process. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for implementation and onboarding.

What do you need to have?
  • Be someone who wants to learn and is willing to take on new challenges.
  • Someone who wants to learn and grow and has a good knowledge of working on computers and the ability to learn various software packages.
  • Degree/Honours Degree in Accounting or IT.
  • Experience in cloud base systems such as Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Cin7 Core, Lightspeed Retail POS will be advantageous.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • 1+ years experience working with inventory management software.
  • Advanced Excel skills are crucial.
