Position Overview:
As a Systems Analyst you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and effective information systems that drive our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Design and document detailed system specifications, including workflows, data models, and architecture.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement system solutions, including software applications, integrations, and configurations.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate new technologies and enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in systems analysis or related field (e.g., Certified Business Analyst Professional - CBAP) is a plus.
