We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Office Manager with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool sales, servicing, maintenance, and equipment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling of service appointments and staff assignments
Manage invoicing, quotations, and general administrative tasks
Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding pool products and services
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth office operations
Liaise with suppliers and service teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Strong customer service and advisory skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
