Tsebo Facilities Solutions is recruiting a Swimming Pool Foreman to lead pool maintenance operations at Sun City. The successful candidate will supervise a team responsible for maintaining clean, safe and fully operational swimming pools in line with safety and service standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise pool maintenance teams and daily operations
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Monitor pool equipment and coordinate repairs
• Maintain chemical and consumable stock levels
• Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Handle guest and client queries professionally

Technical Skills

• Pool maintenance and water chemistry testing
• Operation of pumps, filters and cleaning equipment
• Basic fault-finding and maintenance
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Understanding of OHS and safe chemical handling

Qualifications

• Matric 5 years' experience maintaining commercial pools
• Supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment and safety
• MS Office skills
• Valid Driver's Licence (Code B)
