- Matric Certificate.
- Culinary Diploma advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Strong understanding of diverse sushi varieties and expert sushi-rolling techniques.
- Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine principles.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and with precision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in managing food stock and maintaining quality standards when handling a wide range of ingredients.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
