Join Our Night Shift Team as a Support Services Engineer!




Are you ready to take your technical support skills to the next level during the quieter hours of the night? In this role, you will be the backbone of our night operations, providing essential support to end users and fellow Support Services Engineers. Your expertise will shine as you assist the Team Manager in coordinating team activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Salary & Benefits



The budgeted salary for this role is between R22,000 - R28,000 Per Calendar Month This role also offers a 30%-night shift allowance

Shift Patterns




We work to rotational shift patterns from Monday - Friday (UK times):

10pm - 7am 2pm - 2am 6pm - 2am

System Support

: Troubleshoot and support a variety of systems while ensuring SLAs are met.

Qualifications, Qualities & Experience:



Supporting on the following:



Azure AD Office 365 / Exchange online or Exchange on Prem Office products - MS Teams, MS Package (MS Word, MS Excel etc) Active Directory Networking (DNS, IPConfigs, release and renew, Winsock resets etc) Troubleshooting abilities for share drives, permissions and security groups (creation and Admin) Group policies - GPupdate/Force Excellent verbal communication skills as well Good analytical and technical skills and continually look to improve on this. Collaborative workstyle with positive communication and sharing of knowledge and information.
