We are seeking a motivated Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential support for the CSnx and SCM application, ensuring their effective operation and resolving issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the CSnx application, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a solid understanding of Supply chain processes. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, stability, and continuous improvement of our WMS systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose and Objective:
Provide first line and second-line support for the CSnx application, resolving incidents within agreed SLA's.
Monitor system performance and report anomalies or potential issues.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues through root cause analysis.
Support data integration and migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with Internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure system stability and resolve complex issues.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
Support UAT cycles and ensure defects are logged and tracked to resolution.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of system enhancements.
Conduct thorough validation of new features to guarantee successful implementation.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in applications.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Engage in knowledge-sharing with team members and contribute to overall team capability uplift.
Assist business users in understanding system functionality and best practices.
Minimum requirements
Experience
Diploma in Information Technology
1 years of hands-on experience with the CSnx application(essential).
Competencies
Analytical thinking
Delivering results and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Planning and organizing
Adapting and responding to change
Knowledge:
Proficiency in SQL(querying, joins, basic optimization)
Familiarity with
Azure DevOps
(advantageous).
Familiarity with
Jira
for ticket management (advantageous).
Understanding of integration concepts, batch processes, and system workflows.
Knowledge of IBM iSeries environment is highly desirable
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a hybrid legacy/modern tech environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good documentation skills
