Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our clients operations.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from strategic planning to the implementation of tactical initiatives. You will develop and implement supply chain strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy to drive cost savings, efficiency, and service improvement.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Optimize transportation processes to reduce costs and improve on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are being met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategic planning and process improvement.
• Previous experience leading a team of supply chain professionals.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization.
