Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and prepare procurement strategies in collaboration with requesting departments.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services according to the approved procurement plan.
Provide procurement information for monthly and quarterly management reporting.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks within the procurement process.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required information within deadlines.
Engage and update stakeholders on procurement progress.
Participate in organizational structures and forums as delegated.
Assist with contract management, including processing invoices, reviewing variation orders, and maintaining the contract register.
Minimum Requirements:
B Degree/B Tech or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in purchasing or procurement administration, preferably within a public sector environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and database management software.
Strong knowledge of tender administration processes.
