Evaluation and negotiation of RFQs in line with Government Procurement Legal Framework read together with MHSC procurement policies and procedures.
Compile recommendation of award for approval.
Issuing of POs.
Advertisement of tenders.
Becoming a secretariats of all SCM bid committees.
Updating Weekly/Monthly reports and other related functions at SCM.
Compilation of Contract and SLAs for approval.
Updating the Contract Register.
Contract Administration.
Liaison with Project Managers and Contractors.
Bid /RFQ file compliance against checklist
Application of National Treasury Regulations
