The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, as well as supporting students in their academic and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
Develop course materials, assessments, and teaching aids.
Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
Research & Scholarship
Engage in independent and collaborative research activities.
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
Seek external funding and contribute to research grants.
Stay updated with developments in the field of expertise.
Administration & Service
Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum development.
Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes.
Assist with student recruitment, admissions, and outreach activities.
Serve on committees and contribute to community engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
: Honours degree in Supply chain Manaagement
Experience
: Prior teaching experience at tertiary level preferred.
