Job Description

My client, a Supply Chain Consultancy is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer who will act as a project leader with international colleagues on various projects to guide the consultancy process. They specialize in MRO Spares Management, ensuring spare parts availability. Their clientele compromises top tier operations in SA and on a global scale.

Main job function

As a project leader, you'll collaborate with colleagues from the Netherlands while working with the team in South Africa across various projects.

Guiding the consultancy process towards achieving results.

You'll have the opportunity to showcase sustainable outcomes within project teams, actively contributing to their success.

Your ability to empathize with customers allows you to comprehend their needs and effectively convey them to the project team.

While supported by professionals, the consultants collectively create a successful team, emphasizing the human aspect. Qualifications:

An academic background + 5 years of experience in Engineering or similar engineering.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, consultancy, supply chain management

Experience in the field of supply chain and spare parts management is a plus.

Good knowledge of and experience with inventory and supply chain planning

Non-negotiable skills: Project Management | Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Data Analysis, Warehousing). Experience:
