Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) Certification in automotive service (ASE or OEM-specific) - advantageous*
3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair or service operations 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Valid driver's license Clear criminal record Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily service operations and workflow across bays Lead, train, and motivate technicians and support staff Schedule jobs based on technician expertise and vehicle complexity Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer guidelines Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and costs Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports * Collaborate with parts, sales, and warranty departments to resolve issues
