Role Overview Responsible for supervising construction projects within electrical infrastructure (Main Transmission Substations and/or Distribution Substations). The role focuses on exceeding quality standards, monitoring team performance, providing structured supervision, building strong employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. Minimum Requirements Education & Certifications Grade 12 Legal Liability Excavation Supervisor HIRA First Aid Level 1 IRCON Construction Regulations Firefighting Working at Heights (US229998) Working at Heights - Fall Arrest & Rescue (US229995) Valid Driver's License Additional Qualifications N6 Qualification with valid vocational trade test Operating Regulations of High Voltage Systems (ORHVS) Eskom Authorisation (Distribution & Transmission) Experience Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor in electrical infrastructure (MTS and/or Distribution Substations). Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site Ensure quality control and attend inspections Manage staff, work allocation, and site resources Oversee materials, tools, and equipment Ensure full compliance with health & safety
