The Multi-Site Convenience Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance and profitability of multiple convenience stores (C-stores). This role will also ensure consistent standards across all locations, drive sales growth, manage staff and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple C-store locations.
Ensure stores meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and customer service.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets for each store.
Monitor sales, margins and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
Analyse financial reports and implement corrective actions when needed.
Team Management
Recruit, train and mentor store managers and staff.
Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.
Foster a positive, customer-focused culture across all stores.
Customer Experience
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Ensure stock levels, ordering and vendor relationships are maintained across sites.
Ensure accurate inventory management and minimise shrinkage.
Coordinate promotions and merchandising across stores.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to health, safety and food handling regulations.
Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Strategic Growth
Identify opportunities for expansion, new product offerings and local marketing.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Drive initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.

Qualifications
Qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in multi-site management.
Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
Proven track record of successful implementation of new or improved processes.
Knowledge of retail store operations, food service and merchandising.
