Job Description
EXA Global is looking for a motivated and connected scout to help identify and refer the next wave of talented international student-athletes seeking college opportunities abroad. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for someone passionate about sport, networking, and helping others pursue their dreams through education and athletics.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential student-athletes Share basic info about the U.S. college recruitment process Refer interested students to EXA Global for further support Serve as a brand ambassador within your school or sports community
Requirements:
Current or former student-athlete High School or Club Sports Coach Strong communication and social media skills Passion for helping others succeed through sports and education
