We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to assist our Sales and Administration team. The ideal candidate will help manage work leads, organize customer meetings, and input data into a CRM (Salesforce). This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales administration while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Lead Management:
+ Track and manage incoming work leads through various channels.
+ Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members and ensure timely follow-up.
+ Monitor lead progress and update status in Salesforce. Customer Meeting Coordination:
+ Schedule and organize customer meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
+ Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes as needed.
+ Assist in post-meeting documentation and action item tracking. Salesforce Data Entry and Management:
+ Input and update customer and lead information in Salesforce with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Assist in maintaining clean and organized Salesforce records.
+ Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce as directed. Administrative Support:
+ Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Administration team.
+ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Proficiency in English, French is a strong option
Requirement: Own Transportation
Working Hours:
Flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule, with an expectation of 15 hours per week.
