STADIO Higher Education is inviting applications for the position of: Student Recruitment Manager
Purpose of this role is to:
To operationalise the campus level execution of the Marketing action plan.
To operationalise the Student Recruitment action plan at a campus level and contribute directly to the achievement of student recruitment through achievement of the campus-based targets.
To quality assure secondary school interactions and various other activations/promotions within the targeted region for the campus through networking and ensure effective and accurate school presentations and lead gathering.
To ensure the campus Student Recruitment Advisor team provides effective career advice and guidance to prospective students to ensure a seamless student experience.
To quality assure accurate recording and administration of all recruitment processes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Obtain STADIO National Marketing and Student Recruitment objectives, targets, and parameters.
Review environment trends and historical information relevant to the school.
Develop the School's Marketing Student Recruitment strategy and action plan and obtain approval as per the agreed planning process.
Regularly review the relevance of the strategy and action plans and amend.
Ensure that accountability for all aspects of the plan is clear and measurable.
Manage the implementation of the plan.
Review progress and manage deviations from the plan.
Report on progress against the plan as required.
Ensure that accountability for all aspects of the Student Recruitment plan is clear and measurable.
Ensure effective lead management to provide actionable recruitment data and accurate historical records.
Manage the implementation of the plan.
Review progress and manage deviations from the plan.
Report on progress against the plan as required.
Establish reporting protocols, methods and parameters as required.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of current and historical recruitment activity and data.
Report as required to the National Marketing and Student Recruitment function and to the Executive Head
Conduct data analyses as required.
Allocate clear budget accountability.
Manage performance against budget and correct deviations.
Establish performance objectives and measures for all staff.
Regularly review performance of all staff and put development plans in place.
Regular training and skill development in support of agreed performance objectives and measures supported by the National Marketing Student Recruitment function.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
A relevant bachelor's degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Student Recruitment in Private Higher Education (contact learning and/or distance learning)
Knowledge
Private Higher Education landscape in South Africa
Private Higher Education marketing and student recruitment
