KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaPosition: Recruitment managerLocation: DurbanAbout the Role:Were looking for an experienced Recruitment manager to support our consultants with everything from candidate sourcing to admin and coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone whos worked in recruitment and thrives on structure, pace, and people.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach (phone/email)
- Conduct through interviews using different sourcing techniques
- maintain up-to-date candidate records on our ATS
- Draft and post compelling job adverts
- Schedule interviews and handle all related coordination
- Ensure all compliance, onboarding, and placement documentation is completed accurately
- Conduct in in-depth reference checks
- Provide support across the recruitment lifecycle
- Minimum 2 -3years experience in a recruitment agency or internal talent team
- Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, and the recruitment process
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Excel, and ATS platforms
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
