Structural Bim Technician

Job Description
If you're a detail-oriented BIM professional with strong Revit skills and a passion for delivering high-quality structural models and drawings, this is an opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative structural engineering environment.
:
- Develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models using Revit (Concept to IFC).
- Produce coordinated structural drawings including plans, sections, and details.
- Translate engineer markups and sketches into BIM models and documentation.
- Coordinate structural models with architects and other disciplines.
- Participate in clash detection and model coordination reviews.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM standards and project requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in structural engineering, materials science, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit Structure; Navisworks and BIM coordination experience advantageous.
- Solid understanding of structural systems, materials, and behaviour, with hands-on testing or applied technical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- High attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Master's degree (MEng / MSc) or PhD in Structural Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (essential).
