Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Structural BIM Technician to deliver accurate, coordinated Revit models and drawings. You'll support engineers across all project stages and ensure top-quality BIM output.
:

• Develop detailed 3D Revit models
• Produce clear plans, sections, details, and IFC drawings
• Maintain Revit content and templates
• Translate markups into coordinated models
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA
• Assist with shop drawings, RFIs, and as-built updates

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Structural BIM/Revit Technician
• Strong knowledge of structural systems and construction practices
• Proficiency in Navisworks and coordination workflows
• Familiarity with BEPs and Common Data Environments
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and team collaboration skills

Qualification:
National Diploma or higher in Structural, Civil Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
