Job Description


Role Overview The core responsibility of the role is to uncover the most valuable data and insights xe2x80x93 the raw material from which all great strategies are created xe2x80x93 and help to shape it into leading strategic and creative work that ripples across the globe. This role calls for a strategist with a creative heart and an analytical mind who can contextualize an idea within the appropriate channels and ultimately ensure that creative execution and media all work in perfect harmony.
Duties Strategic Excellence

  • Lead day-to-day comms strategy and planning on assigned client briefs and play a key role in building trusted relationships both internally and externally.
  • Create strategic content as per client briefs, being an ideas generator, problem-solver, bringing optimism and new solutions to even the toughest of situations.
  • Responsible for research and data, turning data into insights and insights into compelling, different creative strategy and briefs across all channels.
  • Identify opportunities and/or challenges where multiple channels can provide a solution.
  • Partner closely with internal and external partners (creative leads, media, brand, UX etc.) to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned, and paid channels and deployed via innovative, target media and technology and to ensure the development of the consumer journey for each campaign or activity.
  • Determine communication tasks for each campaign and write task briefs that guide messaging and execution tailored for each channel.
  • Create measurable campaign KPIxe2x80x99s, helping to enhance creative effectiveness and improve sell rate of innovative ideas.
  • Read and analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness.
  • Understand consumer behaviors within media, and a good knowledge of media relevant to the clientxe2x80x99s business including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH.
  • Showcase an understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Actively participate and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Display restlessness, curiosity, thoughtfulness, diligence in everything you do
  • Actively pursue knowledge of trends, technology, and media platforms relevant to people in the world today and in our industry
  • Guide and nurture junior members of the team, displaying sound leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience
    • Diploma / Degree in related field
    • Proven work experience as a strategist in advertising, digital or media agency
    • 5+ Years of experience as an integrated strategist in brand comms, B2B and/or digital strategy
    • Expertise in developing digital, social and experiential marketing plans
    • Experience with integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand?
    • Experience analysing campaign performance and an understanding of the role analytics plays in selling and measuring ideas (including Google Analytics as a tool)
