An industry-leading multinational, with a commanding presence in the infrastructure and telecommunications space, is on the hunt for a high-calibre Strategic Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg North. This is a hybrid position with 3 work from home days per week.
Job & Company Description:
An established multinational in the infrastructure and technology space is seeking a qualified CA(SA) to take on a high-impact role as Strategic Finance Manager (Operations). This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance across a complex operational environment, partnering closely with senior executives to deliver commercial insights, cost efficiencies, and long-term strategic value.
As the right hand to both the CFO and COO, you will lead financial strategy for operations, manage regional finance teams through SLA oversight, and help shape the financial backbone of a growing African business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Drive the commercial finance agenda across Operations and Service Delivery.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee operational accounting and compliance, ensuring robust controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights by analysing ROIC, site-level profitability, and cost-benefit assessments for all CAPEX initiatives.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior operations leaders, influencing financial decision-making across department.

Qualifications & skills:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 5 year post-article experience
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Multi-national organisation experience advantageous.
