A market-leading group seeks a strategic Financial Manager to drive financial performance, governance, and business growth across a multi-regional operation. This is a critical Exco-level advisory role, focused on aligning financial strategy with operational excellence.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cost optimisation while overseeing financial controls, ISO compliance, digital transformation, and enterprise risk management. This is an opportunity to shape economic outcomes in a fast-paced, complex supply chain/logistics environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
- CA(SA) or CIMA (strongly preferred); MBA is advantageous.
- 58 years in financial leadership, preferably logistics/supply chain.
- Strong ERP (Cargowise), Power BI/Tableau proficiency.
- Demonstrated success in strategic finance, digital automation, and business partnering.
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
- Expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
- Skilled in audit governance, ISO integration, and compliance frameworks.
