Strategic Data Analyst (power Bi & Research Specialist)

Job Description
Job Summary What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with client partners and sales teams to solve business problems with data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute impactful research methodologies and sampling strategies.
- Extract, analyse, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams and clients with clarity and impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by applying machine learning, AI-driven analytics, and automation where applicable.
- Influence decision-making through clear communication and strong analytical storytelling.
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis within a research environment.
- Proven ability to turn raw data into business impact.
- Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and statistical tools (SPSS, R, or Python).
- Solid understanding of data architecture, model development, and visualization.
- Experience in large data environments and automated reporting workflows.
- Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and experience working with NLP or predictive modelling.
- A strategic thinker who bridges data with business objectives.
- A natural communicator who thrives in client-facing environments.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented but never loses sight of the bigger picture.
