Job Description
Job Summary o Grade 12 o COM Strata Control Certificate (Metalliferous) o Minimum of 2-years' experience as a Strata Control Officer / Observer o Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Understanding of modelling software is an added advantage o Sound knowledge of the mining environment, with respect to stopping and development o Knowledge and understanding of geological structures for application in Strata Control observations o Knowledge and understanding of support systems and standards o No criminal record o Must have a valid drivers license and own transport o Good general health AND requires a certificate of fitness (red ticket).
