fast-paced industrial environment

and supplies high-quality components to a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a highly reliable and efficient

Stores & Dispatch Operator

(also known as a

Logistics Coordinator or Warehouse Dispatcher

) to join the operations team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in

warehouse operations, stock control, and dispatching

. You'll be responsible for managing the

movement of goods internally and externally

, ensuring

accurate inventory control

, and supporting a smooth production and delivery pipeline.

This role is critical in

bridging the factory floor with logistics and dispatch

, ensuring goods flow effectively through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external movement of goods

across departments and clients Ensure

raw materials

are delivered to operations timeously and accurately Oversee the

dispatch of finished goods

and ensure on-time delivery Liaise with drivers, couriers, and clients to confirm and track shipments

Maintain accurate inventory records

and support physical stock takes Ensure goods are packaged and labelled correctly for dispatch Work closely with procurement, production, and admin teams Help troubleshoot supply chain or dispatch issues as they arise

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in

dispatch/logistics/warehouse coordination

Strong

organisational and time management

skills Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a

fast-paced environment

Experience with

inventory systems

, stock control, or warehouse software Comfortable working in a

manufacturing/factory setting

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Solid understanding of

logistics workflows

, from receiving to dispatch

Bonus (not required):

Familiarity with

Pastel

or other supply chain tools
