MAIN PURPOSE of THE JOB

ensuring accurate stock figures and providing internal and external customers with quality on time delivery and customer service.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK CONTROL

maintain stock accuracy of the highest standard perform regular stock counts of fast moving/high value items in line with the quality procedures, ensure stock is received according to purchase orders and put away timeously ensure all stock is identified and stored correctly ensure stock transactions are recorded on Syspro ensuring accurate up to date information drive the habid of capturing transactions at the same time as the stock moves Take all reasonable measure to ensure stock is protected from theft, damage or deterioration

LOGISTICS

organise delivery of packaging materials and dunnage in the support of production timeous supply of materials to production arrange deliveries/collections to customers according to customer specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Matric Diploma Pass - Maths and Science or equivalent. (Essential) 3 Years previous experience in a similar position Honest and organized Computer Literacy Previous data capturing experience Good Interpersonal skills Results/Routine driven Problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure Good communicator Team Player Proficient in English, both written and verbal (Essential)

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Able to work independently. Be self-motivated. Have a good attendance record.

GENERAL

Ensure the stores, associated areas and products are kept clean using 5S principles drive continuous improvement in the stores

Pay: From R40,08 per hour

High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:

working in a Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Hyster License (Required)
