R 11 000.00 - R 11 100.00 Basic Salary (Medical Aid; Provident Fund)
Engineering company, based in Montagu Gardens is looking for an organized individual to work as a Storeman. Warehouse background in picking, packing, receiving and dispatching will be taken into consideration when shortlisting happens. This is an urgent position, as they are looking for some-one to start ASAP.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Ensure that correct goods are received
- Pack stock for customer orders. Air, road, or sea freight and local deliveries
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the stores
- Conduct Cyclical stock counts
- Second checking of goods picked
- Adhere to safety requirements
- Matric
- 2 xe2x80x93 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in stores
- Good timekeeping and dedication to the team
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and people skills
- Willing to work overtime and assist with the stores function
