Job Category: Supply ChainDegree Level: Three Years College:Permanent PositionJob at a Glance:To provide and maintain material resources for Lead and Autonomous Operators. The Material controller is responsible for all raw and packaging related supply/losses to and from the packing lines and bulk manufacturing area.Responsibilities:What will you do - Job Outputs:
xe2x96xaa Manage all stock and equipment control.
xe2x96xaa Keep accurate account of diesel/fuel intake and dispensing, maintain diesel stock level.
xe2x96xaa Ensure all items conform to any specified requirement and all relevant certification received with each consignment
xe2x96xaa Report any discrepancies/quality issues to supplier and raise reject notes as appropriate
xe2x96xaa Check all materials/components correspond to purchase order
xe2x96xaa Ensure the accuracy of all recorded stock through appropriate systems and processes.
xe2x96xaa All goods to be receipted in and issued out to relevant job/area
xe2x96xaa Goods to be stored in appropriate location
xe2x96xaa Ensure goods/tools dispatched to sub-contractors are controlled and recorded.
xe2x96xaa Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis
xe2x96xaa Monitor stock levels daily
xe2x96xaa Advise purchasing department of stock requirements (replenishment).
xe2x96xaa Participate fully in monthly stock take
xe2x96xaa Effectively manage stock stake processQualifications:You will be measured on:

xe2x96xaa Carry out other reasonable duties if and when need arises and as instructed.Required Qualifications & Experience:
xe2x96xaa Diploma in Engineering or related field
xe2x96xaa 2 years working experience within store's environment
