Location: Plumstead

Position Type: Full-Time

Sweetbeet is all about fresh ingredients, fast service, and feel-good food. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and service-driven Store Operator to lead one of our QSR locations and ensure every guest enjoys the signature Sweetbeet experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced QSR environment

Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent service

Maintain Sweetbeet's high food safety, hygiene, and freshness standards

Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

Handle shift planning, staff performance, and basic HR tasks

Monitor sales, manage costs, and ensure the store meets targets

Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally

Ensure efficient prep, assembly, and service flow during peak hours

Open and close the store as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience in QSR or fast-paced food service (management experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable, organised, and confident making decisions

Passion for healthy, fresh food and great customer service

Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive atmosphere

Comfortable handling admin, scheduling, and operational reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month
