Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Ensure merchandise levels are maintained and inventory is managed effectively.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales and performance targets through hands-on support and strategic initiatives.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards and company policies.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
