Job Summary Requirements: Must have at least 5 years experience in retail, supermarkets and butchery, not negotiable (recent exp not from a long time ago) Managing staff Minimizing shrinkage and wastage Managing expenses Some administrative work Accountable and responsible for the store Increasing sales bringing in more customers Experience with food and non-food items ideal Butchery experience a big advantage Experience or exposure to different service departments ideal they have butchery, bakery, fruit and veg, and hot deli Must have a roadworthy vehicle and license Available to do alarm call-outs if the alarm goes off out of hours
