Description

• Overall management of daily store operations
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a large multidisciplinary team
• Driving sales performance and achieving business targets
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and patient experience
• Managing staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Handling escalated customer queries professionally and effectively

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification as an Optical Dispenser.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end practice.
• Exceptional knowledge of various lens options, frames, and optical products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using optical software and tools
