Minimum Job Requirements:
Min 8 years Retail Management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing wholesale business.
Store management, sales and.or wholesale experience.
Responsibilities:
Sales Growth Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, with a particular emphasis on increasing wholesale business and attracting new customers.
Wholesale Operations - Lead the expansion of the wholesale offerings, identifying opportunities to attract business clients and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
New Business Development - Proactively seek out and establish relationships with potential wholesale clients, negotiate terms, and onboard new business accounts.
Team Leadership - Lead, train, and mentor a team of employees, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Operations Excellence - Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and staffing, to ensure seamless and efficient store functioning.
Customer Engagement - Foster a welcoming and customer-centric environment, ensuring that the store consistently provides exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers.
Financial Management - Monitor sales performance, analyse financial data, and implement strategies to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Marketing and Promotion - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities that attract new wholesale clients and drive retail foot traffic.
Vendor Relations - Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Compliance and Standards - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards to uphold the store's reputation and credibility.
