We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, staff, stock, assets, and compliance with policies and procedures. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service consistently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resources & Staff Management
• Effective management of store staff, assets, and resources.
• Performance management and training needs identification.
• Monthly staff evaluations and feedback.
• Superior merchandising and housekeeping.
• On-the-job assessments and issue escalation.
• Sales & Margin Target Achievement
• Providing and Ensuring High Levels of Customer Service
• Stock Management, accurate receiving, grading, and labelling of stock.
• Effective storage, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Faulty stock identification and management.
• Policy-compliant sales, returns, and financial processes.
• Administration, Profit & Loss Management
• Technical Assessments & Support

• Excellent planning, organising, delegation, and prioritisation skills

• Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum of 5 years of Store Management experience within the Retail sector
• Tech-savvy with in-depth knowledge of the latest IT trends
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (e.g. SYSPRO)
