Job Description

Responsibilities:



Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets Controlling expenses Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers


Requirements:



A Matric certificate 5 years retail store management experience with a minimum of 3 years flag store leadership experience High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.

Skills:



A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers. An outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
