These are fantastic opportunities for hands-on, motivated individuals with previous store or restaurant management experience looking to grow with a dynamic and reputable franchise.DescriptionOur client, a well-established and much-loved Asian cuisine franchise, is urgently hiring Store Managers for multiple outlets across Cape Town. These are not senior-level roles but require individuals who have previously worked in a supervisory or management capacity within a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment.The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a small team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of service, stock, and hygiene controls. A willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.This role offers a competitive starting salary of approximately R10,500 per month, with the potential to earn more depending on experience. Own transport is not essential but will be an advantage.Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a restaurant/QSR environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Own transport beneficial, but not essential
• Immediate availability preferred
