Hardware Store in Hoedspruit is looking for a MANAGER

Candidate requirements:

Grade 12 essential
Must have a valid driver's license and own transport
Experience managing a team is essential
Must have extensive experience in a building/electrical/refrigeration/aircon/carpentry etc.
Must have good knowledge of business management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordinating people and resources
Must have a good relationship with staff members and be able to teach, mentor and lead a team by example
Must have great time management and attention to detail
Must be fully computer literate with good financial acumen
