Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Staff Management

+ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
+ Create and manage employee schedules.
+ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Operations

+ Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency.
+ Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Sales & Customer Service

+ Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
+ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
+ Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Inventory & Financial Management

+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
+ Manage budgets, expenses, and cash handling procedures.
+ Prepare reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and profitability.

Leadership

+ Organize regular staff meetings to align team goals.
+ Motivate and mentor employees to achieve performance objectives.

Qualification and Experience



matric is required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Several years in retail, with supervisory or management experience.

Skills:



Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in retail operations and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
