Industry: FMCG Retail | Store Design | Signage & Retail Theatre

We are a dynamic Cape Town-based agency specialising in FMCG retail store design, including interior and exterior signage, retail theatre, and in-store brand experiences. We are looking for a hands-on Store Design & Signage Project Manager to lead projects from concept through to on-site installation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands signage production, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and enjoys being on-site bringing designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning through production and final installation Brief projects clearly and accurately into the creative studio Interpret and work confidently with plans, technical drawings, and 3D renderings Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met Manage budgets, costings, and financial tracking per project Source, manage, and coordinate suppliers and manufacturers Oversee on-site installations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency Bring innovation, fresh thinking, and new ideas to every project
Required Experience & Skills

Previous experience within a signage manufacturer, retail fit-out company, or similar environment or good working knowledge of signage production processes A creative eye combined with practical, technical understanding Proven project management experience in retail, signage, or built environments will be beneficial Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Additional Requirements

Domestic travel required, including longer stays during major project installations Comfortable working on-site and in active retail environments
