Overview:
Highpoint Manufacturing is hiring a
Storage Coordinator
to manage the flow of materials in our storage and pre-assembly areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in stock control and team coordination, with a knack for keeping things organized and efficient.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify incoming parts for quality and accuracy. Accurately label and record components by part and job number. Maintain a clean and orderly storage environment. Supervise packing of assembly trolleys for the production line. Oversee basic pre-assembly tasks. Develop and implement SOPs to improve workflow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehousing, stores control, or production coordination (ideally in manufacturing). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead a small team. Familiarity with inventory systems (manual or digital). Experience drafting SOPs is a bonus. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
