We are looking for an experienced Stocks and Quality Manager to ensure that Stock and Quality activities are carried out in a controlled, cost effective and efficient manner, in accordance with Independent Onsite Laboratory contract and Terminal Regulations.Job Requirements/Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Coal inventory control.xc2xb7 Coal Quality Management.xc2xb7 Machine outages.xc2xb7 Managing subordinates.xc2xb7 Independent onsite laboratory contract review.xc2xb7 Non-conformance reports.xc2xb7 Handling shareholder requests and complaints.xc2xb7 Enforcement of Environmental Control Procedure.xc2xb7 General.Qualifications:xc2xb7 Minimum Requirements:xc2xb7 National Diploma/Degree Logistics/Production Management.xc2xb7 5-10 years Logistics/Production Management experience.xc2xb7 Plant/Process Management knowledge.Skills:xc2xb7 Code EB drivers license.xc2xb7 Planning & organising.xc2xb7 Analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure.xc2xb7 Problem solving & decision making.xc2xb7 Customer & quality orientation.xc2xb7 Contractor management.xc2xb7 Strong time management.xc2xb7 Advanced MS Excel.xc2xb7 Managing teams.xc2xb7 Communication (oral & written).xc2xb7 Report writing.
